sleet on the bus window… Monday

an avenue of stick cultures celtic runes

a mouse darts across the path fallen leaves

wilting sage in the old folks’ garden early ladybird

the pigeon flutters its tail feathers… lace petticoat

winter sun empty walnut shells on the path

the piglets sleep under the tree pear blossom

plodding together a woman and her dog the end of days

champagne bottles in the recycling bins… bin lorries

a helicopter buzzes through the sky… angry hornets
